Oloroso Aged Gin

Our latest gin club bottling is a stunning Oloroso Aged Gin which has been imbibing all the flavours of an oloroso sherry cask for the past eighteen months. 

The resulting spirit is rich, flavoursome and deliciously unique. The golden colour comes from the cask finish, no artificial colouring has been added.

Tasting notes: aromatic woody nose with a warm fruity flavour and a slightly spicy dry nutty finish on the palate.

Suggested serve: neat over ice with a slice of dried orange or with a splash of ginger ale for a touch of fizz
