Gail Losh of The Journey Yoga began hosting retreats in our beautiful geodome in 2024. They have been hugely popular and are the perfect opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul in our beautiful surroundings.
The sessions are all different but can include:
Gentle Soothing Yoga Classes: Release the tension of your week as you flow through calming stretches designed to restore balance.
Guided Meditations :Calm your mind and activate your chakras through various meditation practices that promote deep relaxation.
Nervous System Reset :Experience grounding and re-energizing techniques that will leave you feeling revitalized.
Positive Reflection Time: Engage in uplifting exercises that focus on gratitude, enhancing your mood and mindset.
Nourishing Homemade Food: Enjoy healthy, homemade food—including warm drinks, delightful sweet treats, and a nourishing lunch that will warm your heart.
Nature Walk & Optional Sea Dip: Embrace the beauty of nature with a refreshing walk and, if you wish, a dip in the sea, followed by a visit to the Forest Spa for a relaxing soak in the hot tub and sauna.
