Try our very limited edition, sustainably produced aperitif!

Our Vermouth is a combination of Pinot Noir grape juice and wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), both grown in our walled garden on Torrisdale Estate, various herbs and spices and our own spirit, all left to mellow and mature in a virgin chestnut cask for three months.

The result is a fresh, sweet Vermouth-style aperitif, ideal on its own over ice, or as a cocktail – perfect in a Negroni, Martini or a Manhattan.
