Matured in virgin American oak casks

A four month fermentation of the finest Kintyre apple juice, followed by a double distillation in our copper pot still, produces a delicate and pure non-aged apple spirit. We then age the spirit in American virgin oak casks for over a year.

Using apples from our orchards on Torrisdale Castle Estate, our own renewable energy and the purest of Argyll spring water,  this is a truly sustainable taste of Kintyre.

A sweet and fruity finish with hints of vanilla and spice.

Best served neat over ice.
