Straight from the orchard at Torrisdale Castle Estate

A four month fermentation of the finest Kintyre apple juice, followed by a double distillation in our copper pot still, produces a delicate and pure non-aged apple spirit.

Using apples from our orchards on Torrisdale Castle Estate, our own renewable energy and the purest of Argyll spring water,  this is a truly sustainable taste of Kintyre.

Delicious neat over ice or try it as an Apple Schnapps with our Earra Gael Salt Vodka and lemon juice!
