We are hosting expert forager Heathery Heights, for a wonderful cocktail masterclass with a difference.
You’ll spend a fun afternoon with Heather, blending our delicious spirits with unique, wild, foraged infusions to create four unforgettable cocktails.
You’ll start with a Welcome Fizz like a Barberry Fizz or Sloe Royale, enjoy a demonstration of “The Sting” (a special featuring Dandelion Root & Nettle), and then get behind the bar to mix two of your own bespoke creations—think Wild Mojitos (using Gorse infused Rum) or a Get Knotted cocktail (made with Japanese Knotweed infusion).
